Yael Stone

Stone was raised and born in Sydney, Australia. She went to the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone was first introduced to acting when was a young child. She was in the roles of Me Myself and The Farm. In 2008, at the Sydney Theatre Awards she was given the award for Best Newcomer aswell as Best Supporting Artist for her role on The Kid. In addition to her work on stage, she's been on TV for supporting roles like All Saints and Spirited. She appeared from 2010 until the year 2011 on The Diary of a Madman. The role she played, she was awarded a nomination in the Sydney Theatre Awards for Best Supporting actress. In February 2011 she flew from Sydney to New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production of The Diary of a Madman in the spring of 2011, before returning to her principal roles in A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, and As You Like It in Sydney.
